> **Cons**: Setting up a new RMM is a daunting experience.  While this wasn't as difficult as another two platforms we tried at the same time, I am disappointed not to have more hand holding during this critical getting started phase.

> I had a good experience of the initial video call meeting about the product, though I don't remember the details (all too new, see the cons), at least the people involved weren't arrogant about their product which is what came through clearly from another more expensive vendor.  The getting started is a hump to get over, but overall I am impressed and I think the price is more reasonable than some other options.
