> **Pros**: The data gives you facts to work with not based on feelings which we have a tendency to make decisions on  feelings instead of facts in church world.  It gave us insights to our givers and their giving patterns as well us forced us to take a look at our stewardship strategy.

> **Cons**: Nothing really, it is not a CRM it's just purely giving data analysis.  You will still need your ChMS software to help you understand the rest of your ministries.

> It helped us greatly understand the patterns to our giving and the leadership team at MortarStone did a great job explaining how we could achieve better results if we started putting strategies and coaching in place with our campus pastors.
