Decent tool to manage all reviews about my business

Pros:

Trustpilot has a very user-friendly UI and UX on their main dashboard. I also really like the UI design choice, for example the stars symbol, they look really pretty

Cons:

The tool is not powerful in letting me filter out and know for sure whether the reviewers are authentic people or just bots.

I have received alot of trust pilots than expected and it is much easier to access these

Comments: Trustpilots are part of my incetive at work so I tend to make sure that my name appear on the platform and trust pilots work the same as google reviews

Pros:

The fact that a customer can mention my name and the whole world will know that I provided an efficient service

Cons:

One star especially when they close to my name

Disappointing Service and Misleading Practices

Comments: As a customer, I expect a certain level of sincerity and professionalism from companies, especially those that promote genuine customer experiences. Unfortunately, my interactions with this company have been utterly disappointing, characterized by a lack of real communication and a failure to adhere to their own stated guidelines. I approached the company with a serious concern that directly contradicted their community guidelines. Rather than receiving a thoughtful response, I was met with robotic, automated replies. These messages, which were ostensibly translated into Danish, failed to address the specific issues I raised. It's perplexing and frustrating to receive a response in a language that suggests no genuine effort to understand my initial communication. Furthermore, the company's reliance on automated responses underlines a significant gap between their professed values and actual practices. It's disheartening to see a company talk about authenticity and customer engagement, only to hide behind generic, automated messages that offer no real solutions or acknowledgments of the problem. The irony is that their replies often reference their guidelines and rules, which, from my experience, they don't seem to follow themselves. This contradiction not only undermines their credibility but also highlights a worrying lack of accountability. For a company that is part of a platform like Trustpilot, which is designed to foster transparency and honest feedback, this behavior is particularly concerning. It's essential for such platforms to represent companies that genuinely interact and engage with their customers. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience. In conclusion, I am left with a sense of profound disappointment and frustration. The service I received was far from the sincere, problem-solving approach I expected. If the company is genuinely interested in improving and upholding its standards, I urge them to reevaluate their customer interaction strategies and start practicing what they preach. Until then, I can only advise others to approach this company with caution.

Pros:

Their website is fairly well-designed and easy to use.

Cons:

Untrustworthy business practices and kartel-like methods. Your score is greatly affected by your interest in buying the products to be able to build up positive reviews.

Paid platform isn't worth it

Comments: Personally wouldn't recommend Trustpilot. It's a have-to-use in some cases but I wouldn't pay for it.

Pros:

Reliably trusted by the population as a source of genuine reviews.

Cons:

Very little accountable to help us prevent 1* reviews that were left by competitors or none-genuine sources. The paid plan feels like a big commitment for very little gain.

Comments: So far, my overall experience has been OK. I would definitely recommend them to Businesses looking for honest reviews.

What I like best about Trustpilot is the fact that they make you go through a screening process to detour people from leaving fake reviews or trying to blackmail or bribe merchants.

Sometimes they will deny your review, even if it’s honest without explanation

While they have simple review system but i feel they have limited options for those who want to write in-depth reviews.

As far as my View is Concerned Regarding Trustpilot I Almost Give it High Ratings due to his Unmatched Service.

Trust Pilot is an essential tool for your customers feedback management

Comments: I find Trust Pilot a highly reliable resource where I can read opinions about services or goods. I feel that it also creates a sense of trust that I am able to have my customers write a potential product feedback. My rating is 10/10 and I continue to use Trust Pilot in the future both professionally and personal.

Pros:

The fact that I am able to stay on track of my customers experience in an easy way with an easily readable grading scale. I also use Trust Pilot when I am looking for a vendor of a service or product to see what others are saying. This feels like an extra layer of purchasing security which could save me thousands of dollars in the future by making the right choices.

Cons:

I have nothing negative to say about Trust Pilot.

Comments: I am really satisfied, never had problem with online services thanks to Trustpilot.

Pros:

When I am looking for information about e.g. websites that offer services and want to be sure about their reliability, I always check Trustpilot and its reviews. I quickly find the answers, I mean I can "trust" the service or should avoid (or be prepared for any problems), thanks also to the score (up to 5) and the color. The reviews are honest and help me a lot. Ofter they are well detailed and sometimes there is a reply from the companies. The interface is clean and easy to navigate. I highly recommend checking trustpilot before using an online service.

Cons:

An effective ally against scams and crafty people

Comments: I have been using trustpilot for years, I am always looking for new methods of online earning and investment, the web is now a jungle that includes many types of worlds, good and bad, I use trustpilot mainly to be able to make a first online selection and to understand so which websites are more reliable than others. On many occasions it has allowed me to fall into guaranteed scams, in fact the websites were perfectly created and seemed to be reliable sites, but reading the reviews on trustpilot, left by unfortunate people who had fallen for it before me, I understood that instead it was a scam that would have cost me money and time. I must say that very often trustpilot, thanks to the positive reviews, has allowed me to discover websites that I didn't know. Fundamental division into categories to find new inspiration.

Pros:

I don't like the lack of an app that can speed up smartphone research.

I like how everyone can easily share their experience, helping us to improve in what we are lacking, plus It is really simple to use!

The only negative thing would be anyone can type what they prefer. There aren't much ways of safeguard from people badmouthing or simply leaving bad reviews for no reason.

ZERO REVIEWS. Trustpilot = AWFUL experience from start to finish is an understatement! DO NOT USE.

Our account was set up incorrectly under the wrong company as we operate as two entities. It took 1.5 months to get it corrected and the subscription was useless during that time. 3. We were set up with stars instead of written testimonials as we requested. So I was told it’d be more expensive. This should have been told to us up front. Again, useless during that time. 4. We were given a link so that our clients can submit an UNVERIFIED testimonial. Why would we want that? This was not shared until after I cancelled cancel. 5. Since we’re Retirement Planners and our clientele are older or elderly and aren’t tech savvy enough to create an account after clicking said link so we have a ZERO conversion rate so we have gotten NO benefit from Trustpilot. 6. You get ONE notice of renewal that went into my junk and didn’t see.7. I was told that someone marked my account for non-renewal on 1.3.23 and yet that was not the case. They’re trying to say we renewed for an entire year.8. Today is 5.20 and I have reached out SEVERAL times since 3.2 to discuss our account with someone. It took over 1.5 months for our account manager to contact me.9. They don’t keep good records so they don’t have “proof “of they tell their customers.10. They don’t care about customer service or how it has impacted their customer.

NOTHING. We got ZERO benefit from Trustpilot. Complete waste of money.

Trustpilot offers an easy way to see how users evaluate service providers and possible collaborators, helping my business decide who to use and who to avoid. Similarly, it is a trusted platform to engage my own customers in case they have an issue with what I provide.

Cons:

It is a little too easy for complaints to remain on the platform even though issues have been resolved between customer and provider.

Powerful Review Platform

Comments: Overall, it was a positive experience. It has made it simpler for me to collect and monitor reviews. At my workplace, this is one of my main responsibilities, and TrustPilot is the simplest website to keep an eye on.

The Trustpilot features are uncomplicated and obvious.The account settings are easy to understand and use.It is advantageous that gathering feedback is simple and not overly difficult for the user. The system's widespread use increases the likelihood that a user will submit their feedback.
