Comments: Overall the product is incredible with wonderful qualities like stock tracking, financials preparing and recording the data. Budget friendly.

Pros:

Easy to Syncing with other product.Time saving and easy to use. Helpful in easy record of data and extract reports according to your needs.

Cons:

Sometimes it takes more time to extract the reports. We cannot customize more according to our needs.

Comments: Xero makes accounting looks so easy. We have had a very enjoyable experience working on our finances and all financial operations with Xero. It has helped us to budget more accurately and to easily monitor our cash flow. With Xero budgeting and expenses tracking tools, it has been easy to properly utilize and manage our financial resources.

Pros:

Xero budgeting functions makes easy to allocate and control our financial resources for our projects. It offers detailed financial reports that help us monitor how our finances are being utilized. Xero powerful analytics provide precise financial insights that allow us to measure our business financial health. It also has compact security tools that ensure complete safety of all of our financial data.

Cons:

We have seen nothing bad with Xero. It works so perfectly and has had no downsides.

Okay for business owner, not good for accountants

Comments: Can be effective alternative to quickbooks, but when things break or you need support… there is none.

Pros:

It auto imports most bank statements for you

Cons:

No customer support, you will get a reply back once a day.

Bookkeeping with ease

Comments: Xero is such as easy platform to use. Having used most of the other big name competition programs, Xero by far is the most intuitive and allows me to automate a lot of repetitive tasks and keep on top of my financial position. I love the fact that I have have my Accountant looking at the account at the same time as me so we can review things together over the phone or zoom.

Pros:

Xero does everything I need it to and helps me stay in control of my finances as I can see real time data of income and expenses and I always feel in-control.

Cons:

Cost is probably the main thing. The limits on the lowest plan are tight for a freelancer- as I often have more bills than the allocation, but don't need anything else in the next plan up.
