> **Pros**: i think the ease of use and the variety of what we can offer customers is the best, we were able to customise their rewards at our discretion and then optimise based off feedback.

> Signed up on Smile over 15 years ago.  Have sampled all kinds of other loyalty apps over the years and nothing came close to smile in terms of price and functionality.  The experiences I've had with their support team has made me a client for life.

> **Cons**: It’s a bit clunky when using search for customers. If you choose the wrong name you have to re-type the name instead of simply going back. It would also be nice to be able to merge customers within the app.

> It’s been great. Customers really like collecting and redeeming coins. Making the switch from a subscription offering to Smile.io was the right move to make for my business.
