> **Pros**: I love this software. I use it for clients to see statuses of projects I am working on. They also can login and provide feedback, edits, and approved their projects. I just started using this for my client portals. Yes Its so easy to use that I just created random links. So the client can just click on all files and click the link I created for their google docs, for their bills, videos ect... I think I want to do a Youtube video on how I did it. I really like Drum

> **Cons**: Its a tad buggy. I had an issue not being able to change the statuses. and no customer service that I could find. I couldn't find a facebook page. I did find a twitter page but I think \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\]  is the developer. I reached out just a few minutes ago on his personal business page to try to see if there was any customer service.
