Microsoft Teams - Multiple Capabilities

5.0 last month New

Pros:

Various modes of communication (e.g., chat, video/audio call, appointment scheduling, file sharing) using on a stand-alone computer system or mobile app.

Cons:

Unable to disconnect an unanswered call when participating in a conference call. I had to disconnect the conference call to avoid the unanswered call going to message mode which interrupted the conference call as a whole.

Brings teams together but misses out on high potential

3.0 4 weeks ago New

Comments: While it enables and encourages collaboration with team members and has brilliant call functionality, it misses out on it's large potential due to being a bit too difficult to use

Pros:

The functionality of calls is brilliant, bringing project teams together and encouraging collaboration. The integration with other Microsoft software like Outlook is also really helpful

Cons:

The User Interface lets it down, as it looks quite clunky and hurts to looks at for too long, compared to Slack for example which is much more pleasing to the eye. Not being easily able to join multiple workspaces is also a hindrance

Teams: One Program to Rule Them All

5.0 3 months ago

Comments: I am an administrator and also work within it to manage my department's daily activities, chats, project management.

Pros:

I like how much capability the program offers. The features offered give you the ability to excel in team collaboration, communication, management and so much more, instead of needing multiple other programs that do the same thing.

Cons:

It has some limitations of using other microsoft programs like excel and PowerPoint as stand alone programs since their features work best that way, but Teams gets you mostly there.

Love it! It's the perfect call tool

5.0 3 weeks ago New

Comments: I use it everyday to chat and have meetings. It's easy, practical and convenient. It's a very good tool for companies and the introduction of copilot improved the whole experience allowing to ease annoying tasks and helping to find what you need.

Pros:

The ease of use, the various functionalities and the additional apps.

Cons:

That the "sharing your screen" bar is always in the middle!!!
