> **Pros**: Vault safety software sales people has a slick sales pitch and is cost effective in terms of the annual fee and implementation cost. I have used the product at a previous employer and an earlier employer also narrowly avoided falling into the track. The price is very tempting although it is hard to understand why some companies that appear to be the same size and complexity pay much more than others.

> **Cons**: It is extremely clunky. None of our staff at the coal face interact with it as it is hard to access and the user interface is not something that a person logging in occasionally only will be able to quickly get a handle on. It lacks configurability. Any customisation needs to be done via development rather than the front end.
> 
> I'm not very happy with the product and we will not be renewing our license going forward. I've used other products previously and there are countless other more feature rich and robust solutions. Whenever I have had problems I don't get a response to my questions or feedback - I don't think they have a large enough support team.

> **Cons**: Very clumsy to enter data with many unnecessary keystrokes required.  The latest version (3) was promoted to me as cutting down on keystrokes and being able to tailor views to suit - neither of these have proven to be true.
> 
> This software purports to provide a comprehensive database for all staff, assets and H+S data.  To some extent it does do this, however is needs further development to be totally successful.
