From installation to implementation it is all very user and driver friendly. The dash cameras are great, the event detection is very accurate and were able to use this to coach our drivers real time. Their customer support is also great, every ticket I have created has been resolved in a matter of a day. We truly see the value for money with the cameras alone it has saved us from proving we were not at fault for several accidents. > > **Cons**: There is not much not to like. I would say some drivers have complained about the voice alerts being too sensitive. They sometimes get an in cab voice alert but the event/ video never shows up in the safety inbox. I've had to handpick which alerts to roll out to not overstimulate the drivers. > > Overall we've had a great experience with Samsara.
