> **Pros**: I like the customer support. Our agent is easy to work with, quick to respond, and very kind. Also I like the ability to run reports to reconcile as well as allow the end user the ability to keep an eye on their payments and day to day processing. It is also able to integrate into other software which is extremely useful in our case.

> **Cons**: The only negative that I have is the lengthy application that clients have to fill out. It is understandable since it is basically a credit application but with our end users/clients it is a little difficult and most of the application is not applicable to heir business.

When customers come in, it is very simple to take their payment information and receive clear results as to whether or not payment had been accepted. Reports are easy to generate, clear, and concise.

> **Cons**: What I like least about the software is that the address fields must be filled in. This may not seem like such a big deal, but that information is not always available.
