Customer support is always a click away and, for the most part, this team is usually able to address issues. > > **Cons**: There are bugs in Yardi Breeze which cause us challenges that we can not seem to get addressed no matter how we raise them. The error reporting is also pretty awful at times, especially in relation to times where Yardi is unhappy with dates and the date validation fails.
