> **Pros**: This program is extremely easy to use after the first week.  Once you learn what it can do it is easy to get there. It auto fills pawner's information from drivers licenses. It runs reports daily as to the sales, pawns, buys, etc. It keep a running total of the days money and it cannot be altered once the day starts.. (Great for added theft protection). The more I use the program the easier it is to use and I definitely like it. Super easy to reactivate an old pawn from a regular customer. Absolutely AMAZING help when I need it. THrough direct help on the computer, emails and phone conversations. NO HOLDING FOR HELP WITH THE PROGRAM IS WONDERFUL\!\!\!

> **Cons**: The reports don't give me the exact information that I am searching for all the time. It is easy to duplicate a customer which I do not like. The program doesn't let you know if the last name and first name are the same, no warnings or cautions.

> The time I spent entering  a pawn and then having to enter it in Leads on Line is over. It is a simple click of a button. I can sent pictures to Leads. My employees cannot delete sales or pawns, they can only void and I can see everyone that is done so again, there has been less theft.
