You can set the Manual time limit for both. Plus after every customized interview, it gives another 2 minutes of free speech to the candidate. You can add multiple viewers (all members of the interview panel) to the interview session. > > **Cons**: The only thing that needs improvement is the placement and positioning of the controls and options.
