### "Very poor customer support" — 2.0/5

> **Pros**: We did not really find significant advantages of Ruptela over other GPS devices but rather more cons. But to be neutral, it does produce manufacture GPS devices with an average performance like many other GPS suppliers though the casing of the cheaper models are not that rugged and not really waterproof.

> **Cons**: We transitioned to Ruptela devices expecting better support and high-quality GPS solutions but to our dismay it was the worst customer support we encountered. The sales representative assured us of top-notch customer service, including engineering support for device configuration. However, after purchasing the Ruptela devices, we experienced almost non-existent customer support.

For instance, we acquired advanced trackers (HCV5 Lite) that are not functioning correctly, and despite numerous attempts to contact their support team, we have received no response. Additionally, we were promised a one-month trial for their TrustTrack system, but we never received the necessary login credentials to access it.

Ruptela has demonstrated a clear lack of customer-centricity, which has been a significant disappointment given our investment in their devices. Reliable customer support is crucial, especially when dealing with technical issues, and Ruptela has failed to meet these expectations. I cannot recommend this brand; there are far better suppliers offering superior support and service. 

Further, it has a rather expensive fleet management software for starters with a high initial cost compared to other GPS products we used and the plans are not flexible at all.

Despite multiple times we tried to reached them but did not received a response from their customer support. We would definitely not recommend it to our customers as there are far better options.
