What Is OneDrive?

Microsoft OneDrive is a web-based digital asset management solution that allows businesses of all sizes to efficiently manage, collaborate, and share files. Administrators can set up a private or public site for authorized users, who can then create online folders to store their documents. Businesses can share sensitive data without revealing proprietary information by allowing only authorized people to access the folder. Users can also access and edit documents within the same collaborative environment to increase efficiency. The Microsoft 365 interactive scanning app lets users scan and convert paper to searchable PDFs directly from their device.

OneDrive, one and only way to get cloud space!

5.0 3 weeks ago New

Pros:

As a Microsoft user having OneDrive integrated with all my other softwares, makes it a lot easier to be sure all of my documents are secure in the cloud and spares space in my laptop.

Cons:

It’s easy go get disorganized if you don’t implement a system in the beginning of OneDrive usage

OneDrive is amazing!

5.0 last month New

Comments: I've had a great overall experience with OneDrive. It has made my personal life and work much easier as I no longer have to carry around flash drives. I can save files from programs like Microsoft Office directly to the OneDrive service, and it's so easy to find them when I need to use them again. I highly recommend using OneDrive – it will make your life much easier too!

Pros:

How easy it is to upload files to the cloud. You get plenty of space to keep all of your files.

Cons:

Sometimes it closes down and you have to reopen the program to get everything to sync again.

It allows you to work with many apps and services in order to complete projects.

OneDrive is not user friendly and retains an outdated look and feel when trying to work on projects.

Great Cloud Storage!

5.0 last month New

Comments: My overall experience with OneDrive has been positive. I have never had any problems getting files on multiple devices. You can quickly search and download all your files on multiple devices.

Pros:

The one thing I like most about OneDrive is its free to use. You can pay a subscription to get my storage if needed. I am a teacher and use multiple devices. I have a computer at work, at home, a laptop, and a tablet. I have all my devices connected to OneDrive. If I am working on an assignment at work, I can easily pick back up when I get home. I don't have to worry about saving everything to a flash drive and pray I don't forget it before leaving. I also like to have backups of everything I do. OneDrive makes it simple to search for a certain assignment

Cons:

One of the cons of using OneDrive is you have to pay to get more storage. You would think they would include this when you buy a Microsoft account.
