I was first contacted by Collectmore Pty Ltd \[sensitive content hidden\]  regarding an alleged debt on 10 September 2025. In their very first communication via email, they:

Disclosed my private debt information to a third party (who has no role or authority in my company), breaching both the Australian Privacy Principles and the ACCC/ASIC Debt Collection Guideline (RG 96).

Did not verify my email was private, secure, correct and I was the intended recipient.

Demanded full payment on the same day, threatening an immediate credit default listing and Statutory Demand, which is misleading and coercive under the guidelines.

Bullied me to make payment for a alleged debt in 4 hours\!

Allowed no reasonable time to review, dispute, or verify the debt, contrary to the requirement for a fair, flexible and realistic approach.

After sending him an email i called to verify he received the email explaining our position. He was rude, arrogant and egotistical.

Traits he refers to in his blogs about clients but portrays in his methods.

\[sensitive content hidden\] , you gave me 4 hours to pay an alleged debt and bullied and harassed me for no reason.

You have been sent an email tp explain your actions and 24 hours have passed and I have not even received an acknowledgment you are responding.

Practice what you preach please and understand your unethical and unprofessional behaviour has further detriment my personal mental health and business relationship.

This type of aggressive, intimidating and non-compliant behaviour is exactly what the ACCC and ASIC warn against. Consumers should be aware of their rights: you do not have to tolerate harassment, misleading threats, or privacy breaches in debt collection.

This is a guy that claims to teach courses and outsources his knowledge to be pushy and respond quick. Its been 24 hours, please respond\!

Easy to use and the 2.0 version works better then the last.
