> **Pros**: Spoke phone was like having a full PBX phone system that could be taken anywhere.  I love the ability to split a single phone line into multiple extensions, allow those extensions to set up their own voicemail and the ability to transfer calls, even from a cell phone, to another extension.  The feature that allows incoming calls to roll over from one extension to another so that the call is answered by a live person within the company and not go to voicemail is an invaluable feature.  Voicemails were emailed to an address that the owner of the extension had on file and was transcribed had an attachment with the voicemail audio.  That voicemail could also be forwarded or shared by email with other employees.  Spoke allowed our company to have professional and easy to use communications.  All of these features along with the knowledgeable and helpful and professional staff at Spoke Phone makes this service, in my opinion, the best out there.  I would recommend Spoke Phone to anyone looking for a way to organize communications within their company both in the office and in the field.
