Comments: I have good experience with this software. I haven't faced any issues during our integration and using this software. But as per my colleagues they face issues in weight discrepancies, claim on lost shipments etc which Shiprocket needs to upgrade to provide smooth experience to all.

Pros:

This is very easy to use software. Everyone can use this. Only kyc process need to access wallet transactions. You can add multiple pickup locations here. You will give your business a brand name and a custom tracking page will be provided by Shiprocket for your customers. Creating new orders with previous or existing customers is easy. You can verify cod orders from customers before ship them. With shipping calculator shipping charges can be calculated by providing pincodes, weight of the product and dimensions. Our integration with this software was easy and automatic. Whenever customers process orders for xpressbees it automatically schedule pickups with us and we do pickup through our ground team. It happens with every courier service provider. You can check service ratings from previous performances of shipping partners and can choose as per you own choice. Real time tracking, NDR management, Bulk order creation, cod reconciliation are another features of this software. You can also create reverse pickups, return shipments without any hassle. Apart that thier training session gives more knowledge on their products. Small shipments to large shipments for B2C purpose it is the best to use.

Cons:

Response time of their support team is long. They have telephonic support system but for every issue they raise tickets and it becomes a lengthy process for which sellers or users face lots of issues. Claim process in lost shipments take time. In damage cases they are very poor in supporting to sellers.

Comments: In overall I like this software as it costs lower than it's competitors and in features it is providing more features than them.

Pros:

I like it's Onboarding and kyc process which is instant and easy. Simple user interface. They conduct training session for free for new users for better understanding in using it. In training they solve your queries too. Creating orders is easy and gives real time tracking of your Orders. It will give you a brand tracking page for your customers. Both cod and prepaid facility can be availed. Sync orders from your orders automatically. You can add customers and directly create order with customers name and you can also clone orders to save time.

Cons:

First of all it's weight discrepancy cases which are the big headache for sellers. They shares weight discrepancy cases at the end of month or after 1 month which is not certain for which it is not possible to store shipment image and weight details for that long time and they takes benefit of this. Customer support is very low. They don't reply on time.

Shiprocket - Our Shipping Manager

Comments: In a short I like this software as it has helped to manage everything in a single platform with free plan and low shipping charges. It can integrated with stores which works very well. With shipping calculator we can check shipping charges before shipping orders. It has solved lots of issues for shipping orders by visiting booking counter and no tracking facility. Through this we able to generate our orders from our system and courier partner picks up from office and customers also get notified when order ships.

Pros:

It is best platform among the platforms in this category. It is easy to use. Due to simple user interface everyone can use this easily. No coding or extra knowledge required to use this software. This is our shipping manager as it manages all our orders in a single place. Through this we can track our orders, intimate to customers in real time. It has best pricing structure which enables users to sell online. We can choose best and available courier service to ship our order according to their performances. We can use both surface and air mode of shipping with international shipping also. No account maintain fee or AMC. Insurance cover upto 5000 for orders. We can hide customer details like phone number, email address, seller address, mobile number from its label settings. It can be used in android and iOS mobiles too. Can generate invoices with brand logo etc.

Cons:

Sometimes pickup process takes time and some courier partners not provide good service. After escalation they never respond on time.

Very good till you have a problem

Comments: Initially the experience has been very good. Over the last couple of months, their customer support has been shabby at best. While the system is easy to use, escalation mechanisms are useless. You will have to call them every time (multiple times) to resolve any issue. Once you have the local courier partner details, it should be easy till you have an issue again.

Pros:

The integration is easy. The everyday management is very easy. It aims at taking away the burden of shipment from the vendors which is a good cause but not always successful in it.

Cons:

Any issue (for someone like me who reads the FAQs before raising a ticket / request / complaint) will never get resolved unless you have spoken to the henpdesk at least 5 times. The standard response is you will get an update within 24-48 hours which you never get. Also, if there is an issue with a pickup, they can only escalate it in the system which (possibly) no courier company looks at. If you are not able to get the local courier partners contact details, you are at the mercy of the standard 24-48 hour response which will never get resolved.
