> **Pros**: Very up to date, bots or chatbots are for sure a Top Trend 2017 and we are happy that Infocorp is always one step ahead. Only this way we as a financial institution can stay part of the digitalization and revolution of the online banking trend.

> **Cons**: Whatsapp Integration would be great too - unfortunately it depends on Whatsapp, not on Infocorp. Whatsapp should free their software for integration, conversational banking is the future\!
