> **Pros**: SkillsTx provides a well thought out SFIA assessment process consisting of a self-assessment and optional validation. Combined with the ability to upload SFIA profiles for your organisation's jobs you can gain real insights to the skills portfolio and any gaps that may be worth reviewing at the individual, team, and organisation level. End user staff can update and maintain their SFIA data through an intuitive visual interface helping to keep staff engaged in their skills profile and development needs. When this is coupled with learning and development resources mapped to SFIA, users and managers can quickly see prioritised development suggestions tuned to individual staff needs helping to make the most of the investment in learning \& development resources and in SkillsTx.

> **Cons**: End user UI is due for an update and performance can occasionally be a little slow - the team at SkillsTx are actively working on this with updated coming very soon.
Administrators ideally need a good understanding of SFIA and the learning curve for new administrators who want to use the full range of the tool's capability can be steep. Training for administrators is available, but we recommend a managed solution.
