In theory, the features seem promising, but without timely communication during outages or issues, it's impossible to rely on it. We need to be informed when there’s downtime so we can plan accordingly — sadly, that doesn't happen.

The platform is not user-friendly, and instead of focusing on business, we’re forced to spend time figuring out bugs and workarounds. Customer support is virtually non-existent, and it feels like they’ve abandoned users when help is most needed. Emails go unanswered, and there’s no urgency or accountability in resolving issues.

> Overall, the experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. The lack of customer service is a serious problem. I needed to book for a new customer, but their billing system failed — and no one responded from Sales or Support despite multiple emails.
