So just be aware that getting the software to work exactly as you intend takes some real effort in planning and design. > > We are a collections law firm that handles approximately 150,000 open cases at any given time with a total of 100 employees while maintaining very tight timelines for completion of tasks and thorough control of the suit and collection process on all claims. The software is the primary reason we are able to do that.
