Process management has been more important than ever with unexpected lock-downs, temporary loss of staff in quarantine whilst assuring continuity in our research facility. The system has allowed us to share processes with other teams, enabling staff from outside our unit to jump in and assist in our research activities and ensure a continuous flow of high level research activities and no interruptions to the work conducted. > > **Cons**: Process management is a time consuming activity and requires the input of the entire team. The software itself is easy to use, but it takes a bit to train your team how to design processes efficiently.
