ADPWFN, still unbeatable when it comes to HRIS services

5.0 last month New

Comments: ADPWFN is a one-stop shop for your HRIS needs.

Pros:

ADPWFN is very customizable. It even has a payroll calculator to check the net proceeds an employee will get for his pay. 401k deductions and remittances are also integrated into this SAAS, which lessens the hassle of having a different service provider.

Cons:

Their billing is quite confusing. There are charges that are not obvious as to when they occurred. Customer service agents are not equally trained and knowledgeable.

ADP - For all your business functions

3.0 last month New

Comments: It can be overwhelming, but this system offers all the essential features you might need. ADP is a widely used platform, and we have relied on it for several years. We use ADP for various functions, including payroll, employee hiring, performance reviews, and tax management.

Pros:

It's a lot to take in, but it includes all the features one might need. ADP is widely used, and we have been using it for a good number of years. We have relied on ADP for various functions, including payroll, employee hiring, performance reviews, and tax management.

Cons:

It feels outdated; I miss the fresh look of current UIs. There are too many clicks to navigate between different sections, which I dislike the most.

Tax help resolved

5.0 4 months ago

Comments: Accounting and I wanted some tax related questions answered, so we called ADP. Also, we wanted to make some changes to a W-2 and was able to get the problem resolved.

Pros:

As a new employee who uses this software, I found no issues with it whatsoever. It was user friendly and comprehensive; further, I was able to get my work done in an expeditious manner.

Cons:

Technical support resulted in calls being transferred from one assistant to another; however, our problem was resolved and that was greatly appreciated.

Cons:

It is overly complicated for my everyday needs. I just want something which easy.

ADP review

4.0 last month New

Comments: Overall, I feel like it’s a pretty good app. I feel like I can see my paystub’s, which is what I’d use ADP apps for so I appreciate that I think it

Pros:

I feel like it helps with time management and keeping the workplace efficient because I know when my paystub’s are coming in as super helpful

Cons:

I don’t like how hard it is to get into the app sometimes I feel like they make it super difficult and I feel like that causes me stress because I want to get into the app fast cause I need to look at my paystub’s fastly sometimes

One of the Best Workforce Apps

5.0 4 months ago

Comments: Overall experience is excellent. Will be continuing to use and looking forward to more updates and tools that will be becoming available in the future.

Pros:

The simplicity of the app and the new updates really made the app much more than what it used to be. Ease of use as well as all the tools you have available. Everything you need in one app.

Cons:

Before the updates the app could be slow at times. Even now the app can be a bit slow especially with logging in, but nothing that should deter anyone from using the app.

Full circle - off at prior company, new company on ADP

4.0 8 months ago

Comments: I have been using ADP at all levels for 15 years + at 4-5 companies. I migrated my prior company off of ADP onto a different platform. I left that company as we were migrating/implementing...and the new company is using ADP workforce now. I like the individual attention that the level of support we have, but in the prior companies we were generally stuck in the helpline mess or getting passed between next on call.

Pros:

dependable, but always there. As long as you are not in the general support services line (which is poor) the business level service support is timely.

Cons:

way too complicated. Not pure SaaS and is a mainframe type system.

Pros:

I find it very easy to update employee profiles and upload documents.

Cons:

The function to send employee the initial setup email sometimes does not happen smoothly.

ADP overview

4.0 2 months ago

Comments: Overall, the app is useful and provides all the basic necessities and information one would need to deal with things associated with your job.

Pros:

ADP allows you to clock in and out of work without needing to sign in. It also allows admins/ your employer to provide training videos in the app to help you in your field of work.

Cons:

The new update makes it a bit difficult to sign in. Instead of being strictly on the app, it opens an external browser then you need to have a verification code.

ADP - The best in Employee Management

5.0 4 months ago

Comments: Overall incredibly happy with the suite that they provide, and it's the best one I've seen yet.

Pros:

Seamless all in one portal with an amazing amount of tools for employees to utilize from time off to payroll and more.

Cons:

Could do with a better management of payroll options for disbursement, and it would be nice to have a faster way to take time off.

Oh how I love ADP Workforce Now

5.0 4 months ago

Comments: I have been using it for years and it is the product of choice for me. With the updates that make it even easier to use and the newer reporting system, things are usually looking up.

Pros:

The ease of use. Also, the variety of services you can receive to make processing payroll/ HRIS/ garnishments, etc. Always have loved using this product and most jobs I have worked at

Cons:

Sometime the system can have glitches that are hard to explain and if you get someone other than your dedicated rep, they are not as knowledgeable. Again, sometimes. Other times I get great customer service all around.

Using ADP for over 10 years and love it!

5.0 2 months ago

Comments: Overall I have had a great experience using ADP workforce now. It is very user friendly and walks you through each step of the process. It makes it easy for employees to determine their tax deductions on their own which saves time.

Pros:

I like that it can easily be accessed by any internet browser in the office. I also like that it shows everything in one place such as paycheck stubs and retirement accounts.

Cons:

What I like least is that on occasion the website will down and we will not be able to clock in/out or view paycheck stubs/

ADP Workforce Now - A daily user’s perspective

4.0 4 months ago

Comments: For now been in 3 companies, all of them use ADP workforce now, for HR and employment purposes. I have been using it as an employee who fills out attendance on a daily basis, completes mandate training modules, applies for leaves, tracking leaves, checking holiday calendar and most useful of all - performance management

Pros:

Prominently I like its go to approach, an all in one store. Here all different types of activities can be performed by simply navigating to different portals like attendance management, time tracking, performance management and monitoring, goal tracking, leave application etc

Cons:

The UI is not up to the mark, its cumbersome and the look and feel doesn’t make someone to use it longer

Would Highly Reccommend

5.0 11 months ago

Comments: Wonderful experience from inception to finishing the year and running W2s. They made a complicated process very stress free and easy to use every step.

Pros:

The ease of use was great. I have used multiple systems and ADP by far surpasses quality, versatility, capabilities, and ease of use.

Cons:

I do not have anything really bad to say. Customer support can assist with setting up any report you need for your frequently tracked areas, but making one on your own can be difficult. It's usually addressed upon setup.

ADP is excellent choice for payroll

5.0 3 months ago

Comments: I have the app on my phone and my work uses it for payroll. Ut shows my statements as well as hours i worked each pay period. I can make changes to my retirement if im having a pay period with less hours i can lower the dollar amount of deductions anytime on my phone. I can access my W-2. I can change my direct deposit and think its an amazing app. Every buisness should have this software its an efficient way to do timecards an pay.

Pros:

I really like being able to look at my hours I worked for the pay period. I love that i can change my retirement investment on ADP at anytime accessing it thru an app on my phone. This is way better that trying to get a hold of payroll like past jobs ive had that dont use ADP. It makes everyday life so much easier.

Cons:

I like everything about it so this question doesnt apply to me

Utilized daily, excellent platform for financial planning!

5.0 2 months ago New

Comments: I utilize this app daily & have depended on it for budgeting & planning how much I can save for the future. I love being able to adjust the amount that I'm going to invest in my retirement/401(k) anytime it's necessary.

Pros:

I love the ease of access when it comes to having all my financial information on one platform. I'm able to view my retirement account, as well as confirm my hours & pay all within one app. It is also convenient to have my W-2 information so readily available & I often use the app to check my PTO balance. I love the whole self service concept and not having to contact human resources for things I can just do by myself on this app

Cons:

I would like to be able to log my own hours in addition to my manager logging my hours in order to compare the hours & make any corrections right away.

ADP Is A Game Changer

5.0 last year

Comments: I really enjoy using ADP and feel very lucky this is who my company chose to use!

Pros:

I think the ease of use and features of ADP are what makes it. Everything you need (Pay roll, time off, attendance, important documents or enrollments, etc.) is all in one easy to use online system.

Cons:

At this time, I cannot think of a single thing I dislike about ADP!
