> **Pros**: At the time of purchase I liked the customer app.

> **Cons**: The customer service is not good. The online chat for customer service will not yield a response for 24 hours or more. There seemed to be only one person that could handle complex system issues.

> The system is slow. Additionally since the sale of the company customer service has gotten worse. The parent company has not done a good job communicating with legacy clients. They have continues to make innovative updates to the parent system while the legacy system STARCHUP is sitting without any updates.

All of its features address \& facilitate the many various ways in which a laundry operator must provide service to their customers. The design is very intuitive and incredibly user friendly.  Integration with our existing business was relatively easy, considering the complex structure of our operation.

> **Cons**: As is expected with any software, when integrating this software with our existing system, there were a small number of features that didn’t quite meet our particular needs. However, the support team has been incredibly helpful in devising workarounds.  Furthermore, whenever possible, they would either make on-the-spot design upgrades to resolve the issue or put the task in the queue for future feature upgrades.
