You don't know what to expect and the idea of learning new ways to do things is exhausting. Let me assure you that the ease of the transition from our old billing software to Ampstun was painless\! The training they give you during the transition is A+. Once the software is up and running, the ease of using the product is great as well. If you run into something you need help with the staff is always just an email or phone call away. This software does everything we have needed it to do. This module allows management to track the historical data of location and accuracy testing. > > **Cons**: Work orders. Right now, the software is mainly built for everything related to the customer or location accounts which works great. Since we deal with contractors that are not a customer billing account, we still use the work order to track these types of work.
