> **Pros**: It's very easy to use\!  ALL customer information is located under one account number making it easy for customer service representatives to handle  the customers questions quickly and efficiently.   Integrating the  online payments and meter reading system has been a game changer for our company.   Both have made our office more efficient and cut down on data entry errors.

> **Cons**: As with any software conversion, there are issues and as long as you understand this, it makes the process easier.  All billing software is generic in the beginning but working proactively with AMPSTUN software techs in System Options to make it unique to your system is the key to a good start.

> Overall the system does a fantastic job.   It's easy to use and if there are ever any questions or concerns, I call the software support team.

> **Pros**: Software changes can be a scary thing. You don't know what to expect and the idea of learning new ways to do things is exhausting. Let me assure you that the ease of the transition from our old billing software to Ampstun was painless\!  The training they give you during the transition is A+. Once the software is up and running, the ease of using the product is great as well. If you run into something you need help with the staff is always just an email or phone call away. This software does everything we have needed it to do. I wish we would have went with Ampstun long before we did.

> **Cons**: If there was any one thing that I could change about the software it would be being able to see prior customers information (at the same location) by just having a "previous button" within the current customer's profile.  Other than that, I don't think we have come across any need that hasn't been fulfilled with the Ampstun billing software.

> **Pros**: all the different reports that you can run that are so helpful with billing.  We had the old Ampstun software before upgrading this had many new features, I would say it was pretty easy to catch on too, and I am not a young person\!\!

> **Cons**: The only thing I can think of is that any of our Inactive customers in the old software did not transfer over, that was disappointing

> **Pros**: First, the web based version allows easy control of setting up employees to work from different work stations or away from office.  Second, the communication features to your customers such as billing submittals;  accounts in jeopardy of disconnection and/or courtesy notices of advisories/maintenance outages, etc.     &#10;I know this block asked for 'most' but I have to mention the meter asset module as well.  This module allows management to track the historical data of location and accuracy testing.

> **Cons**: Work orders.  Right now, the software is mainly built for everything related to the customer or location accounts which works great.  Since we deal with contractors that are not a customer billing account, we still use the work order to track these types of work.  It works well but only when running open work order reports causes a few follow ups to determine the POC.

> My experience with Ampstun has been nothing but outstanding\!  Their technical staff becomes part of your staff with the eagerness to help you resolve any issue in a timely manner.  They are always willing to explain the problem and how to properly process all the steps to avoid the issue next time.

> **Pros**: I have been through 7 software conversions and by far this company was the BEST to work with.  They are thorough and worked to add the needed features into their software package.

> **Cons**: Change always causes issues with existing personnel who have used the old software for over 20 years.  Some people dislike change.
> 
> They are an amazing company to work with.  Their training and support staff are the best I have ever working with.  I would recommend them to other utility companies.
