> **Pros**: Our experience during a trial was that the software was easy to use and the exercises were clear. We were really impressed with the software and it was ideal for our purposes. It also integrated within our CMS which was one of the main reasons we tried the software.

> **Cons**: The software was impressive, developed by Surrey Physio, they have obviously put their years of experience in the physio world to good use with their software. For us, unfortunately it was a negative experience with their customer service levels that let the business down.
