> **Pros**: Love the new update, the AI Coach is bloody awesome - really good to show candidates where they are. Definitely one to watch. Keep up the good work\!

> **Cons**: I found that I was using the software less and less, and compared against other recruitment softwares it was being left behind, especially since the move to Access.&#10;&#10;I notified Customer Service in December 2023 that I would like to cancel my contract which was within the 60 day terms, I called and was informed this was acknowledged by the customer service agent and they would be in touch to arrange the end of my contract and exporting my database. I then stopped using the software and haven't used since.&#10;&#10;After this I had no contact and was unable to speak to anyone at all, my emails not replied to, no acknowledgment of my cancellation.&#10;&#10;I now keep getting emails to which I can't reply to with a new invoice for this year, I have informed them that the software hasn't been used and I terminated my contract in December - to which no one still has not confirmed or accepted. &#10;&#10;This is an incredibly frustrating situation which could and should have been avoided 6 months ago.

> The software is ok, however it's not as good as up and coming ATS and AI integrated recruitment software.&#10;&#10;What has really let Vincere down is it's lack of customer service and accountability.&#10;&#10;I could not recommend this software to anyone.

> **Pros**: I have used the Vincere system for coming up to 3 years and I have been consistently impressed with the way the team listens to what the users want and adds the features in. The LinkedIn tools, job board LiveList and apps are particularly powerful and their customer service is excellent.

> **Cons**: Not much, if I had to be picky, the email system could be better but it does what it is supposed to do and the customisable templates are great.

> Give it a go, it's not the shinest to look at but once you start to play with it you will see how powerful it's features are.

> **Pros**: I have been extensively using Vincere ever since its inception to replace our old system few years back. The expectation I have with Vincere is indeed high and I'm confident to say that after getting used with the system, all the general functions and additional features roll-out are exceptionally beyond my initial impression. Kudos to the support team for able to provide prompt troubleshooting as well as open to suggestion on improvement.&#10;&#10;I find that \#VincereWay of visualize the overview of sales funnel using stage chevron and traffic light system creates a recruiter-friendly environment even for a starter. It is easy to understand and able to focus on our work accordingly. Other features that in my top priority list would be on a LiveList and Analytics. LiveList give more superior feel of how the systems communicate with the external party at the same time, streamlining the presentation and feedback process. Analytics on the other hand provides great visualization of the progress of the team and organization, eventually improves the forecasting, quality control and decision-making.

I believe there would be more room of improvement for vChat, possibly better in-system notification, more comprehensive mobile app functionalities (so we can be a recruiter on-the-go) as well, more intuitive UI/UX for Task feature.
