> **Pros**: They were a low-cost hosting provider and seemed to be a decent company

> **Cons**: We have been trying to cancel for two years. They keep billing an expired credit card. Support says it will be taken care of. Then it never is. We turn off auto-renew, they turn off auto-renew, it comes back on. 
Scam company as far as we are concerned.
