### "FIND A DIFFERENT PROGRAM\!\!\!" — 1.0/5

> **Pros**: Nothing. Nothing about this program is effective or efficient. Not one single CNA or Nurse in the facility I work in likes this program, not just my unit, but the entire facility. No exaggerating, every single person hates it.

> **Cons**: Everything. It puts my patients at risk as it is so ineffective. It often takes upwards of an hour just to sign into the program. If you log out wrong or get timed out waiting for it to log in your have to go into internet settings, fix up to 3 settings to get it to open properly, and attempted opening the program again which could take up to another hour. After finally getting logged in you then have to wait 5-10 minutes for the page to select what function you want to use, then 5-20 minutes for a patient list to load. Once you are able to select a patient is another 5-20 minutes to load a patients page and load whatever section you are trying to chart on. By the time you are able to chart it's often difficult to remember what you needed to chart over an hour ago on the patient, who you are just charted on, and so on. It's causing documentation errors and making it difficult for staff to effectively and adequately care for patients as they are struggling for hours just to get charting done. Also, staff has to put in supplement note to cover things not covered in Caribou. Everything about this program makes our job more difficult.
