> **Pros**: It saves me time on paperwork by providing me with customer information like statements.  The bookings are real time so no more texts for me to remember to log.  Accident incident forms can be logged and stored on the system.  Also the safety form is a lifesaver as you can bring up all the children's details at the touch of a button onsite.

> **Cons**: Change but that was a me issue which took me 6 months to get my head round.  Once I did, best thing I ever did.

> Really great experience from start to finish.  I've literally spoken to 3 people during my time with them.  No Bots\!  Just human help.  Sending emails out to All is just great.  I'm looking forward to exploring Enrolmy further as there's lots I've not accessed as yet.

> **Pros**: Voucher payments can be reconciled easily and efficiently by providing a bank statement and allocating payments directly to customer accounts. This is a significant improvement on our previous booking system, where the process had to be completed manually.&#10;The live registers feature is also a valuable addition, ensuring that our office team can see what is happening across our provisions in real time.

> **Cons**: We are currently unable to view any personal details provided by our customers, as the relevant fields are appearing blank. This issue has been reported and is currently being investigated by the Enrolmy team. However, customer personal details can still be viewed via the Enrolmy Provider app.&#10;In addition, there are certain elements of the system that we are unable to amend directly, such as the reallocation of credits. As a result, we are required to contact our representatives for assistance with these adjustments.

> Overall, it is a great system and provides a much smoother experience for both parents and staff compared to our previous booking system. The system itself is simple and straightforward to use.&#10;The support from the Enrolmy team is also excellent; they are always able to provide timely updates and assist in resolving any queries we may have.

> **Pros**: It is so thorough and covers so many aspects that I hadn't even considered. Being able to add notes for absent pupils, flagging individuals with considerations, the info tab to have a quick guide to who has dietary needs or allergies. &#10;The onboarding was very thorough and the support has continued to be high ever since and we are nearly 5 months in to using the system.

> **Cons**: There isn't any notifications for tasks that need completing. Such as closing off clubs or consolidating payments. You have to remember to go into each thing to mark them off.

> It has been great. It's a vast system that takes a bit of getting used to but when you have the support of the team at Enrolmy it makes life so much easier. Everything is in one place and it makes an administrators job easier to monitor and keep on top of. The initial set up for parents is longer than our previous provider but it is because it asks for all the details that we require to keep children safe. Once people are set up, booking on and crediting etc are all loads better.
