> **Pros**: Snapdocs makes it so easy to manage and keep all parties to a transaction informed and on the same page at every step of the process. From the borrowers, to escrow, to the notary, Snapdocs allows you to keep track of where everyone is and should be in the closing.

> **Cons**: The biggest pain point is that sometimes availability of notaries is limited to those that are a bit less experienced. Although this is not a defect of the software itself, it is something worth mentioning.

> Overall, as a signing service, snapdocs has helped us streamline our process and grow as a result of it. It immediately increased our capacity to serve more clients, as well as serve them better.
