> **Cons**: Payroll is TERRIBLE. The system is constantly giving an error message that you can't fix. You have to wait on GoCo to fix it. Currently, sitting on the phone trying to troubleshoot a payroll that was submitted on 11/1. It's 11/5 and my pay date is today.

I feel like we’ve had to describe tax code and everyone is so stuck in their silo. No one would track down the actual issue until about week four. I’m the COO and I haven’t gotten paid in a month.

> **Pros**: We liked the ability to streamline our onboarding process. Different tasks can be assigned to different individuals, and deadlines could be set. The onboarding process is about the only pro that I can think of.

> **Cons**: Their support is close to non-existent. I have never been able to connect to a live person on the phone. We have had numerous issues related to payroll, scheduling and a myriad of other problems, and they are always days away from a response.

During the onboarding process with them, it was obvious that some of their 'onboarding team' were either rookies at their jobs, or just didn't understand what their jobs were. We're still dealing with payroll tax issues that they created during the onboarding process- and they're blaming Gusto- and Gusto is blaming GoCo. When seeking support online their responses are usually a link to a page on their help site. They seem to get more responsive as their renewal comes up, and all of a sudden they want our feedback. Most of the people we've talked to within the organization don't find solutions, just offer lip service.
