During the onboarding process with them, it was obvious that some of their 'onboarding team' were either rookies at their jobs, or just didn't understand what their jobs were. We're still dealing with payroll tax issues that they created during the onboarding process- and they're blaming Gusto- and Gusto is blaming GoCo. When seeking support online their responses are usually a link to a page on their help site. They seem to get more responsive as their renewal comes up, and all of a sudden they want our feedback.
