> **Pros**: The ability for us to allow the Dizzion solution for remote users provided an easy ingress to our network without sacrificing security.  The easy integration allowed my company to utilize a workforce that isn't local to our headquarters.

> **Cons**: The USB igel device isn't user friendly and sometimes our helpdesk staff had to walk the end users through the connection.  Once connected, everything was good to go.
> 
> Overall, I would recommend this product as a remote solution.  The easy of setup into our environment was a well thought out plan, the end user experience was good, no users complained of any performance issues and we were able to provide a solution to a remote workforce.

> **Cons**: Implementation was difficult.  We experienced telephony audio.  It took months of troubleshooting to resolve delaying implementation.  Response time in getting answers to questions, replacing faulty hardware, etc. is very slow.  Although users access identical versions of the same desktop, they can have different experiences and performance on the desktop with no explanation.
> 
> Our experience with Dizzion has not been optimal.  I strongly recommend exploring other providers before settling on Dizzion.

> **Pros**: Dizzion made it easy for us to roll out new services to our customers, some of whom require SOC2 compliance, and very quickly created the environments needed for each customer, which allowed our agents to jump on and hit the ground running in less than 2 days.

> **Cons**: The customer service is usually very good, but lately, we've had an issue that received no response until a second and third follow-up email was sent to them.
> 
> The move to Dizzion helped cut down the costs of purchasing laptops for new employees.  The Dizzion team has been instrumental on getting us onboarded very quickly and also worked very closely with us to create the master images for each of our clients in a very timely manner.
