> **Pros**: Effortlessly, I can manage my lockbox codes on a Yale keyless entry lock. This is most important for my short term rental business.

> **Cons**: The software is fine.  I would like to successfully use the software without the need to call customer service. Perhaps it's me, but the written instructions did not work for me without a call to customer service which was swift and very helpful. It is hard to read the info on the box itself ( hardware)

> **Cons**: I had nothing but problems with my vera edge, every time I logged in there was a update and when i did update it wouldn't work after. After awhile it just stopped connecting to the wifi all together .

> it has got to be the worst experience with customer service ever, they said they would replace my Veraedge then when i'm supposed to get a replacement, it never shows and I call and then the take back what they said and told me that my unit was out of warranty now. I've been having nothing but problems with my Veraedge. I do NOT recommend it to anyone
