Not being able to tailor the trust and settlement statements easily to send to clients. Any time I have an issue or an error in Leap, the support team is laser focused on fixing it for me. The fact that they are so available and responsive gives me confidence. I am still discovering more features, and my ability to improve and refine my processes is supported by the content team, which works with subscribers to add value. I also like the integration with my iPhone and iPad - the app is great - it doesn't have the functionality of the full version, but there is enough that if I'm caught without my laptop, I can still be effective.
