The staff building the product frequently answering questions and willing to 'tinker' to service the need of our organization and the uniquities of having our membership agencies as grantees. During the initial testing process, we felt like we could have benefited from more guided instructions (we don't know what we don't know) and perceived that we needed more time during refinement as we had a different perspective/ understanding of how the system worked and needed to make the necessary adjustments.
