Reasons for Switching to Hexnode UEM: Pandemic scenario posed a WFH issue where we had to manage the devices remotely. So, we thought of trying out the Hexnode free version. Soon enough, we were convinced of its capabilities and subscribed for the same. Though we faced slight issues due to occasional bugs, we could clear it out with the help of the support team.

Superb UEM solution for an S.M.B Gaming firm, meets all our priorities and requirements
Comments:
Overall , was pretty good right from the initial demo to sales, finally culminating in implementation.
I do not have any complaints or regrets and actually look forward to dealing with their tremendously endowed tech support.
Pros:
Hexnode UEM has succeeded in streamlining our MDM capabilities for a variety of endpoints across our fleet. While it does lack some features, I am quite excited reading about their roadmap, futuristic plans and their greater ease of deployment. As an UEM administrator, all this information is absolutely music to ears and I hope it joins the Gartner's quadrant soon with it's every increasing features and product landscape.
Cons:
Poor customization and branding for aesthetics Nil or poor patch management capabilities No OSD deployment available from Hex node, still using a manual Os deployment a legacy tool to accomplish this.

The UI is amazing and very intuitive. Setup is a breeze.
Cons:
Some features do not work as expected due to the lack of thoroughness in the backend stack.
