> **Pros**: Attach gives us real control over who is looking at documents. The reporting makes it easy to see who is really reading what you share vs. those who skim the document.

> **Cons**: The billing of the service is from the parent company. 
Lately invitations shared with prospects are not showing up as unviewed.

> I loved using Attach in order to send organized project summaries to a number of clients. I am such a big proponent of using the tool to see what is effective vs. everything else. I can actually see how long people review our information, what time, and where they looked at it. My only qualm with the software was that the upload process was sort of a pain. There were too many steps before eventually getting the needed link and I wish that would change. However, I still pay for the service and will continue to use it moving forward.

> **Pros**: Nothing, this is the worst most unstable web-based solution I have ever used for anything. I would never recommend.

> **Cons**: I didn't work at all. After using the free trial for a few days, I upgraded to get more functionality and the entire service didn't work. I was unable to upload documents, create links to share, add team members, or do any basic function with Attach.io. While the customer support did respond, they were unable to provide any resolution. Clearly, they do not have strong engineers to create a reliable product. I would never use this service.
