Our target market is owners/managers of cemeteries and/or crematoria. We have three packages 'Basic', 'Pro' and 'Enterprise' depending on customer requirements.

You are paying for GREAT PEOPLE & a GREAT PRODUCT
Comments: Ditto what I said above.
Pros:
The personal service is standard setting. Before you ball at the price imagine hiring a tech team who are at your disposal 24/7 to help with ANYTHING- it’s amazing. We love the software and it does EXACTLY as advertised, but the people are the best part. I actually asked them on our last call if they would develop database Managment software too because our other vendor is so weak compared to Plotbox!!!
Cons:
I would have to really make something up here... everything we have wished was better they have taken into a development meeting. Maybe the one thing is a fixed checklist of processes to do the basics. It’s a Porsche but sometimes you just need to get groceries. A simplified 1-2-3 and you’re done would have been helpful getting started.

Comments: Plotbox is a wonderful program for cemetery data, burial bookings, memorial items, records search and map imagery. The support staff from initial Project Management, General Management, Customer Success Management, Sales and Support are wonderful. They are professional, great at problem solving, know their product very well and are also warm and approachable. Great team! Great Product! Our office is now up to date with the rest of the world and our business processes are now more streamline, take less time and provide opportunity for more innovation in our cemeteries. Plotbox enables us to provide a better service not only to our families but also to monumental masons, funeral directors and the general public.
Pros:
The maps, the ease of use of modules, once we have worked out the best way to use them for our business and processes
Cons:
Data fix times and ad hoc invoices re pending events issues and no we don't want contracts but would love if ad hoc invoices and pending events would work better.

User friendly
Comments: Overall, we have had a great experience, our representative has been helpful and always connects even if we don't need assistance. The addition of using the "Everafter" link for our families has given them the freedom to locate a loved one at their leisure, easy to navigate!!
Pros:
Easy to use, you can decide how much or how little information you would like to add. The mapping portion of the software is great, and easy to navigate.
Cons:
Somewhat finicky when entering Contracts, if you skip a step it is hard to edit.
IT'S A KEEPER
Comments: Overall it has been a positive experience. The support for converting an old process to a new digital one has been very much appreciated. When challenges arise the response has been very timely. It has made our transition from our old software to PlotBox much easier.
Pros:
The records are all linked together and you can easily navigate through the information.
Cons:
Photos saved to plots do not always show up on Everafter. Seems to be a bit of a disconnect.
