> The system is very logical and easy to use which has made training new staff really easy for me.  We opted for the hosted version so updates to the system are smooth and we can access PatronBase from off-site locations easily and safely.  When we first started there were a few things like reports that didn't give us all the information we needed but we were able to suggest these as improvements to the support team and subsequent updates have included these features for us which has been brilliant.
