The Salesforce connector is SO robust - we have a very customized SF instance, so this is an important feature for us. As the connector has gotten more development and more features, it just keeps getting better. The quarterly webinars outlining new features are incredibly helpful to see what is being developed and released, as well as getting ideas for further efficiencies and broadening our use cases. > > **Cons**: The customer support is good, I would love to see the chat feature enabled for a more instant response. The integration with Salesforce has reduced manual input and made the process of data collection far more efficient\!
