Reviews of Zoom Workplace

Very versatile and suggested tool
Comments: Seamless experience on Zoom. The reliability, performance, and integration with other tools all are just up to the mark. We can create virtual rooms in one meeting, share the screens, and invite people with just one link making it a super useful tool.
Pros:
1. Setting up and start of account is just a minute jon and took no time. 2. Highly secure and versatile environment for communication at workplaces. 3. It can integrate into my calendar as well for sending invites and easy starting meetings.
Cons:
1. The basic version is very limited to session scheduling only meanwhile the paid version is just the next level of it. 2. The time on the free version is limited to 40 minutes only which is very much not helpful.
Alternatives Considered:
Video calling
Comments: Switched from another video platform to this for better quality.
Pros:
Features for share screen, wait room, and others.
Cons:
Freezes at times or video and audio are out of synch
Overall good product for free
Comments: We use for many coaching calls and weekly meetings
Pros:
I like the ability to have meetings virtually and that many people can join
Cons:
We seem to get disconnected often or stuck in a waiting room. I also feel like the ease of entering a meeting could be improved

Zoom, the king of all meeting apps.
Comments: A lot used on Work meetings, also on personal use, my childs use it on their school and zoom also can be use to watch places or situations, I used a lot to check my children in the living while they play with toys, zoom can be very versatile
Pros:
Zoom is a global solution that serves to connect with everyone and using all possible means, since it adapts to the needs of each one. Our team can use Laptop, Tablet, or even CellPhone to connect each other. Also there is no delay on connections and all our mettings can be recorder to check later for anything that need to verify. Also, our children can use this features in their classroom and social meetings, so everyone win. Zoom it's universal, we can use other apps, but Zoom it's always winning with new features that is why Zoom is the King.
Cons:
- Some limitations in time on free meetings. - We need to pay for unlimited meetings, but worth every penny.
