This sort of pro-active, communicative assistance, seems rare these days, as does the fact they weren't money-grubbing\! Setting up the seating for the venue was not easy or intuitive. Spent far too long setting up the layout etc. But feel I would know what to do now I've completed it once before. It's free to use which is excellent and I was paid into my bank account with no problems.
