> **Pros**: Easy of use.  Great support.  Multiple campaign tracing and business verticles.  Able to manage our domain and IP reputation through direct marketing.

> **Cons**: Server restarts for maintenance sometimes cause the service to start with out their dependency connections available, so a second service restart is required to make the application work properly.  We only do this once a month, so nothing to complain about.
> 
> Overall, I am completely happy with this product.  It just does what it says it will do.  Allows flexibility to email campaigns and is a low cost solution to protect domain and IP reputation.  Complete control over your marketing.
