> **Pros**: There are a lot of things we love about LMN. Honestly, at the top of our list though, would probably the support that we have received from LMN's team. Second on our list is the ability to understand our true costs and sharing the information with the rest of our team.

> **Cons**: The hardest thing with LMN is having to learn it, but it can be more difficult if you don't have a system in place at all. We came from not having any systems, production rates, or much of anything into LMN, and that is a struggle. However, LMN has helped us figure out our struggles so that we can work on those things.

> We love LMN and are constantly recommending the software to other landscapers. A huge part of why they're able to do what they do is because they actually listen to their customers. Whether that's through submitted feedback, or hosting events, they love hearing from customers.

The most important thing may be knowing your numbers, but a close second is ease of use. Automations, aesthetics, and lack of user-friendliness have been the hardest parts of utilizing this software.

That honestly goes such a long way in this day and age\! I started with yardbook, then Jobber, then service autopilot. We tried co pilot for a short period of time. They changed names to home works. LMN really cares about the green industry. They focus solely on the green industry. We now know our numbers\! I’m beyond happy with LMN\!
