The features themselves are strong, well thought out, and practical for real‑world use, especially around incident reporting, actions, and visibility of data. Moving to Solv has made it a lot easier to keep track of everything I need to in one place. A lot of the work is done for you automatically (such as counting lost days or restricted days for an injury).
