> **Pros**: This is a great platform for regular email marketing, the A/B testing options are good, the reporting functions are clear. Delivery speed and deliverability scores where both high once the IP addresses where established. Customer support is always very helpful and readily available. In all a great platform, more expensive than some\! But worth every penny...

> **Cons**: For organisations with a small marketing team the templating/WYSIWYG email creation tools are quite limited, and the old JSON file support is frustrating and needlessly complicated. Once you figure your work around though it's fast and reliable.

> SmartFocus allowed us to run 3 separate accounts pooling 3 IP address's over 3 companies, sending over 10M emails a year just one in house marketer. Without the reliability and assistance of this platform we would not have performed as well over the last 3 years.

> **Pros**: Easy to use email platform we used as we expanded our email marketing efforts.  It allowed us to build out segments and create A/B Tests to dial in what worked best for our customers.

> **Cons**: In the past, it has gone down for more than 24hrs without notice.  It did hit during the busy season of our seasonal business.  The emails we had pre-scheduled still went out without issues, but we were not able to make any adjustments or create any additional emails at that time.

> **Pros**: At the time, it was one of the few CRMs that could handle the amount of data we wanted to add to the system

> **Cons**: Ongoing costs for data storage far exceeded the value that the system was offering
> 
> Overall, this project took over 2 years to deliver and was not to spec when finished.  The integration with email was never fully completed and in the end the price outstripped any benefit to the business.  There are now more products on the market that do far more for far less outlay.
