But, I did not like that I cannot get remote customers to submit quotes from the website. Instead it requires the customer to purchase immediately which is not good for a business that does custom items. > > **Cons**: Reports are really poor. The Sales Tax report is the worst, it does not break out non taxable items you must report in Colorado. Another example is I you display a report by Department, but if you print or download it listed ALL transactions rather than the summary you wanted. It was very difficult to search for item in the register unless all your products have scan codes > > Barely survivable. I did all the initial updates. The support failed to highlight some options like multiple versions on 1 product.
