Comments: good experience at the level my business was at during the current time.

Pros:

It was very customer friendly. It made us look professional.

Cons:

It was not specifically good helping us quote moves and didn't have furniture listed. On the dumpster rental side, it didn't allow for inventory to be checked in and out by the driver.

I don't like that I cannot make changes.

Bad services

Comments: The worst company that does not value its clients. When you hire this company to make a website, they never do it the way they want it. After 2 months, the website was never made. They were always staggering with the managers. It is never true. They are never there on the appointments they schedule. They leave you waiting and they don't even have the kindness to call. Oh, excuse me. You have to beg them to help you. It is the worst and most terrible company there

has the worst customer service the worst staff i have ever seen they are never there to help their customers

Comments: Housecall Pro has an amazing customer service team and there is always someone to respond to questions. I thoroughly appreciated that part of the experience with the app as it transpired to my understanding of how things work within it!

Pros:

HouseCallPro is a wonderful product for the blue collar service industry. I love the way that you can process payments easily through the app. Everything is very user friendly after a little bit of practice and it really helps keeps all my clients data organized.

Cons:

The only thing I had trouble with was the monthly costs for what I needed for my business personally. I am not saying it is not a good deal, it just had a bit more bells and whistles than I needed as a one man operation. I can see how if you have more than 2 employees how it can keep everything very organized when it comes to planning and setting up daily routes.
